I didn’t realise retail was so much hard work. I spent 3 hours just folding clothes people had messed up, now my back hurts so much.
But it is keeping me active so maybe it’ll help me lose some more weight! I’m now back down to 185lb so I’m 2lbs off being back to what I was when I went off track. :3
Diet ideas: Eat whatever you want, and if anyone tries to lecture you about your weight, eat them too.
Because I have a work placement and I need to wear a black shirt. It was one that I hadn’t tried on since I’d got my last job about two and half years ago and I weighed like… 25lbs less than I do now.
But it’s actually really loose now! I always felt bad because I put on weight but I guess I just put on muscle after all, ha. Then lost some fat. That makes me feel a lot better about myself. :’)
I still wanna try and lose some more weight though, I’m not 100% happy yet.

I feel pretty good even if walking isn’t an intense exercise. :3
We had to go to this meeting thing today so we walked there and back which took about an hour in total, then later we had to go get toilet roll so we walked for about another 20 minutes.
My plan is trying and go on a walk at least once a day from now on!
Like, he just eats sweets and chocolate all day and refuses to eat anything remotely healthy most of the time. Whenever I have peas or something he’s like “Eww, gross”. :(
It makes this so much harder when he’s eating all this crap.
